Our MISSION is to assist and direct patients to achieve the highest level of rehabilitation following an injury, illness or disease. Professionally trained therapists provide one-on-one personalized treatments, geared to address each individual ailment in order to attain maximum potential for the patient in a comfortable, caring atmosphere.
St. Charles Sports & Physical Therapy has four clinics dedicated to providing outpatient physical therapy and sports medicine. Our physical therapists, therapy assistants, athletic trainers, and certified hand therapist work closely with the referring physician to provide quick, effective and proven results. Whether you are hurt at work, home, in an auto accident, or while playing sports, our staff will get you “back in the game” as soon as possible.
We blend our talents and background to provide a team approach to our therapy programs. Our therapists have specialized training in orthopedic, neurological, sports medicine, industrial, and back and neck conditions. Many of our therapists hold advanced degrees in their fields. We combine this up-to-date training with today’s technology to return you to your everyday activities as quickly and safely as possible.
Physical therapy treatment will be based on a team approach between you, the physician, and our staff and may include the evaluation of your neuromusculoskeletal systems, manual therapy, patient education, home exercise program, body mechanics, modalities, gait analysis/training, therapeutic exercises, mobilization, traction, and pain control. We utilize the latest technology and techniques to safely rehabilitate your individual injury.
