The partners, Dennis Roth, P.T., A.T. and Dave Bortfeld, P.T. started St. Charles Sports & Physical Therapy in 1986 and have been in practice for over twenty two years. Their entire staff of highly trained therapists have extensive training in various areas of Orthopedic and Sports related injuries. Each therapist regularly attends continuing education courses to stay updated on the latest techniques and procedures, which are used in physical therapy today.
Our mission is to assist and direct patients to achieve the highest level of rehabilitation following an injury, illness or disease. Professionally trained therapists provide one-on-one, personalized treatments, geared to address each individual ailment in order to attain maximum potential for the patient. This, coupled with four locations throughout St.Charles County, high quality standards and a comfortable, caring atmosphere, insure that you will reach your goals during your time with us.
